Sending tracts via US Post Office flat rate boxes of about 3500 tracts costs $37.00 and is very fast, whereas US Post Office M-bags are much more expensive and very slow. The only advantage to M-bags is that we have heard (we do not know for a fact - but have heard) that some countries require customs fees to be paid on flat rate boxes whereas the M-bags can be received customs or duty free. It now costs $55-$60 to send 3500 tracts with an M-Bag. 1/2008
